S.T.R.E.S.S = Sometimes really enduring success sucks. Just like a cold shower, lol. The thought alone could be stressful. Can't be stressed out here though, got to be blessed out here though. Which is why sometimes...you just...have to take the cold shower. There's life lessons in that, yea, life hacks. And luckily, cold showers actually increase the body's cortisol levels. Cortisol being a glucocorticoid that helps the body manage stress. So there you go, cortisol is the stress manager, but YOU have to be the CEO. (And make the decision.)
